Service description
TempMy provides receive-only temporary email inboxes. You can generate a temporary email address and view messages that are delivered to that inbox while it is available.
Temporary nature of inboxes
TempMy inboxes are designed for short-term use. Inboxes and messages may expire, be deleted, or become unavailable according to the limits shown in the product. Do not use TempMy as your only way to access an important account.
No guarantee of delivery
Email delivery depends on the sending website, sender behavior, network conditions, domain reputation, and mail routing. Some websites block disposable email domains. TempMy does not guarantee that any message, verification email, or code will arrive.
Acceptable use
You may use TempMy for legitimate, low-risk, short-term email needs such as quick signups, testing, downloads, and spam reduction for your primary inbox.
Prohibited use
- Spam, phishing, harassment, malware, fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
- Impersonation, account abuse, platform manipulation, or attempts to violate another service's rules.
- Collecting, sharing, or storing sensitive personal information in temporary inboxes.
- Interfering with TempMy systems, mail routing, security controls, or other users.
Sensitive accounts warning
Do not use TempMy for banking, payments, healthcare, government services, legal accounts, business-critical systems, or important account recovery. Use a permanent email address for accounts you need to keep.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use TempMy and for complying with the rules of any website where you enter a TempMy address. If a website rejects disposable email, you must respect that website's decision.
Service availability
TempMy may change, pause, limit, or stop parts of the service at any time for maintenance, reliability, security, abuse prevention, or product reasons.
Accounts and paid features
If account or Pro features are available, they are governed by the limits and descriptions shown in the product at the time you use them. Paid features may improve workflow or available limits, but they do not guarantee email delivery or acceptance by third-party websites.
Abuse prevention and restrictions
We may restrict, rate-limit, block, delete, or refuse access to inboxes, messages, accounts, domains, or requests when needed to protect TempMy, users, senders, or the public from misuse.
Disclaimer
TempMy is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, message delivery, domain acceptance, message retention, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, TempMy is not responsible for lost messages, missed verification codes, blocked addresses, expired inboxes, account recovery problems, service interruptions, or losses caused by using temporary email for sensitive or important accounts.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of TempMy after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
