Start with the exact address
Copy the address directly from the inbox you currently have open. Compare it with the address entered on the sending website. A missing character or an older address sends the message somewhere else. Keep that inbox available while you wait.
Check the sender’s confirmation
Make sure the sending website actually accepted the address and confirmed that a message was sent. Some services reject temporary email domains. If a service says the address is unsupported, follow that service’s rules and use a permanent address you control.
Refresh, then allow time for delivery
Return to the same TempMy inbox and use its refresh control. Email is not always immediate. Repeated resend requests can delay a sender or produce several codes; a newer request may invalidate an earlier code. Follow the sender’s resend timer instead of repeatedly requesting messages.
Keep the current inbox
Do not delete the inbox or replace the address while waiting. A new inbox is a different destination. If you return from another browser or device, do not assume it has access to the original inbox.
When to ask for help
If the sender reports a successful send but the message still does not appear, contact TempMy support with the approximate time, sending service and the visible error. Never send a password, one-time code, reset link or a screenshot containing private messages.
Useful to know
Pro adds inbox capacity, retention and an ad-free experience. It does not guarantee that another website will accept an address or deliver a message.
